My name is Brian Valle. I am 23 years old and from the great
state of Texas. I was born and raised in south Texas and have lived there all
my life before moving to Las Vegas in May 2011. I moved to Las Vegas to further
my poker career. I have been playing poker since I was in high school and began
playing professionally in Oklahoma when I was 20 years old. While looking for
volunteer opportunities, I came across the Nevada Conservation Corps. After
serving a one year service term, I have fallen in love with the program and the
state of Nevada and all of its natural beauty. I am now a supervisor with the
Great Basin Institute leading a Nevada Conservation Corps crew. I am looking
forward to my second year with the program and excited to see my crew learn and
grow through the experiences of serving their country through conservation
work.
